Travis was a huge help in getting this unique pit design and our 2 smokers made and shipped to Europe. We started with a modified model 60 and then brought in a nice model 40 to help create a little more mobility in the growing fleet. Both smokers perform like they were built to do and Pit Boss Harley in no time had them dialed in. These pits are real show stoppers and receive a lot of attention, then people taste what comes out of them and it's all over. Fans for life! We look forward to working with more catering companies spreading the joy of using DIamond Plate Pits and to guide them into choosing the best model for them. And of course, made in Texas! Mike Higgins and his company of great people really gave us the opportunity to place ourself in the German Culinary Community. The Texas made 250FSE Little Red Smoke House was used at key events and as our anchor pit of our production facility. We finally had the ability to produce large volumes of food to accommodate the growing requests of larger audiences (who soon became fans). Our first real step in bringing real American Bar-B-Que to the people of Germany and now the EU was meeting these guys, Thank you Maria! Where do you start with this story?
